Executive Summary:
In 1926, Joseph Daloisio founded Railroad Construction Company in Paterson, NJ. Shortly thereafter, Alfonso Daloisio, Sr. joined his father in their family business. As a result of hard work and unfaltering dedication to their customers, the company easily flourished.
In 1967, an office was established in Camden, NJ to better serve the growing South Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland markets. Following in the footsteps of its original branch, this office also saw tremendous growth and prosperity.
Railroad Construction Co. of South Jersey became a separate incorporated business by 1969. James J. Daloisio enthusiastically joined the family business in 1973 and eventually took over the management of the South Jersey Corp.
Recently, the company has constructed a new home and corporate office in Paulsboro, NJ with over 93,000 square feet of facility. RCC continues its long tradition of excellence, customer satisfaction, and persistent growth as the fourth generation has now joined the Daloisio family business. With steady growth and prosperity also comes change.
